Abstract

Stress is a natural human response that prompts us to address challenges and threats. Burnout is the effect of continuous stress. There are many ways to handle them, and preferences depend on the individual. Medical students have to deal with frequent high-stack exams and a demanding academic environment that increases the level of stress and anxiety. Sticking to hobbies, sharing tough times with friends or colleagues, group study, performing relaxing activities like yoga, listening to Lofi, regular exercise, and utilizing time in the best possible way help to deal with burnout. Proper balance diet, timetable, and continuous hard work are necessary in the medical field for academic achievement.
