Abstract

Cutaneous Horn is a rare entity that is commonly seen on sun-exposed area of body including on dorsal side of hand but presentation on palmer side of hand is even rarer. We report a case of two giantcutaneous horn one measuring 7 cm by 3 cm and other 5 cm by 2 cm presenting on palmer side of hand on a 53 years old housewife from Rupandehi, Nepal.
